The Fees Will Continue To Be Collected Through Labor Day

Parking fees are in effect for visits from non-residents to both sides of the Rappahannock River.

Beginning Saturday morning at 8:00AM, visitors to Old Mill Park residing from outside the city of Fredericksburg and Stafford County will be charged $10 per car or $5 for per person for walk-ins (children under the age of 12 are free). In Falmouth Park, Stafford County is charging $25 per vehicle for non-residents. Both locations will accept credit and debit cards, but not cash.

The fees were first instituted last year by the Stafford County Board of Supervisors, followed by the Fredericksburg City Council to help manage overcrowding and parking limitations.

Free parking will return Tuesday, September 5th.
