City teens can enjoy free summer basketball, courtesy of Fredericksburg Parks, Events & Recreation.
Registration is now open for the Teen Summer Basketball League, a co-ed program focused on fundamentals, sportsmanship and teamwork. Participants won’t just enhance their skills; they’ll hear from guest speakers, local pros and more.
Sessions run between 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Saturdays at James Monroe High School.
While the program is free for city residents, the fee for non-residents is $50.
Fredericksburg Parks, Events & Recreation offers additional leagues, camps and programs available for kids of all ages throughout the spring and summer months.
